The song gift service

These terms describe The Song For You. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older who can enter a binding agreement. It turns the details you provide into personal songs and digital gifts.

You provide your story, message and musical choices, then generate two versions with their own lyrics. You can compare their previews and choose a favorite. Editing lyrics creates a new recording rather than changing an existing one. After payment is confirmed, you can save your gift details, prepare the included files and publish a sharing page when you are ready.

The content you share

You retain the rights you already have in your story, photos and other submitted material. You give us permission to process, adapt, store and transmit it as needed to make, deliver, secure and support the service.

Submit only material you have permission to use, including names, photos and details about another person. Do not upload confidential information, copyrighted lyrics or recordings you are not authorized to use, or material that infringes privacy or other rights. Public examples and testimonials require separate permission.

Reviewing and remaking a song

Review names, details and musical choices before composition. After generation, choose Edit lyrics & remake to revise a version’s title and words and request new recordings. Each remake counts toward your creation allowance.

Each recording keeps its generated words and creative details. Recreating a song opens the chosen version’s inputs for editing, then creates a new song page. It does not replace an existing recording or transfer a paid purchase to the new song.

The songs in our collection help you explore different sounds and stories. Your song is created from the details you share. You can create a song cover from your story with an optional reference photo during music creation, preview or after purchase. The same cover is used for both versions; changing it does not change your recording.

Using a purchased song

Once your purchase is confirmed, you may download and share the delivered song and included gift files for personal, non-commercial use. Contact us before using an output in commercial advertising or selling or redistributing it as a product.

Delivered content may contain elements similar to other works. We do not guarantee exclusive rights or copyright protection for every part of a song or image. Your rights depend on applicable law, your contribution and any third-party terms disclosed for the service.

Payment and included extras

The checkout summary shows your selected song or gift package, total and any applicable tax before you pay. The purchase is one-time, not a subscription. Your chosen full recording, MP3 and lyrics become available once payment is confirmed. For The Gift, add your photos and details, save your changes and select Create gift to prepare the poster and video.

The $19 song includes the full recording, MP3, lyrics and a simple sharing page. The $39 gift package also includes a digital lyric poster, a gift page with a photo and note, and a photo video. These are digital products: no printed poster, frame or physical shipment is included.

Personal details are optional at checkout. An extra that needs your photos or instructions remains unfinished until you supply them. The selected recording and included extras remain fixed after purchase; editing presentation details does not change the song.

Creating a preview or choosing a version does not place an order. Downloads and gift files are included with the relevant paid package.

Song links and recovery

Keep your song link so you can return. The published gift link can be opened by anyone who has it; share it only as widely as you intend. It does not grant another person payment, recovery or editing access.

Unpurchased song previews are normally kept for 30 days; purchased songs do not expire automatically. Use your purchase email to recover a paid order. Clearing access cookies can remove access to a guest song, so return in the browser or account you used to create it.

Problems and refunds

Read the Refund Policy before purchasing. We investigate duplicate charges, delivery or access failures, unusable files and included features that were not provided. A preview or a term on this page does not remove statutory rights to cancellation, repair or refund.

Where applicable law permits, a change of mind or a subjective preference after access to the personalized digital content has been delivered does not automatically qualify for a refund. We do not offer an unconditional satisfaction guarantee or unlimited song revisions.

Responsible use

Do not create or share unlawful, threatening, exploitative, deceptive or privacy-invading content, impersonate another person, infringe rights, bypass paid access or interfere with the service’s security. We may refuse a request or restrict access when reasonably needed to protect people, comply with law or address misuse.

If restrictions affect a valid paid order, we will review the appropriate delivery or refund remedy under the circumstances and applicable law.

Availability and legal rights

The finished song and artwork may not match every creative preference. Features and availability may change, but we will not materially reduce an agreed paid order without an appropriate remedy. These terms do not guarantee uninterrupted service or delivery by a particular event date.

Nothing on this page limits consumer rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If there is a dispute, contact us with the relevant order details so we can review it.

Changes and legal notices
