Usually eligible for a refund

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Payment was confirmed, but we cannot restore access to the purchased full song after reasonable attempts.
  • We charged you for a product or paid feature that we did not provide.
  • Applicable consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to a refund.

Usually not eligible for a refund

  • You changed your mind after paying to unlock the complete song.
  • You dislike subjective qualities after hearing the available preview.
  • You supplied inaccurate, infringing, or incomplete information.
  • You can no longer use a delivered file due to a device or third-party platform issue.

We restore the full-song download when payment is valid but access is broken.

Eligible refund

We refund to the original payment method when an exception applies.
