Refund Policy

Before you buy

Read the lyrics and compare up to 60 seconds of each song version. Choose the version you want, then select the song on its own or the complete gift package. You do not need an account or a payment card to review the song previews.

Free previews do not involve a payment.

Delivery and payment problems

Contact us if a confirmed payment did not provide the selected song or an included extra, a delivered file is corrupt or unusable, or the same order was charged more than once. We verify the payment and issue, try to restore the promised access or deliverable, and apply an appropriate remedy.

• A verified duplicate charge is refunded.
• If we cannot deliver or restore a purchased item, we refund the amount actually paid for that item.
• If the rest of the order is also affected, we review the remedy for the affected order, not only the missing extra.
• Any cancellation, repair or refund right required by applicable law remains available.

Posters and videos

A gift extra may still need your photos, note or design choices after payment. That does not prevent delivery of the song. An unfinished extra is not a finished file; we will not describe a generic template as the personalized item you purchased.

If an included extra cannot be provided after we have the information needed to make it, we review repair or a refund of its actual paid amount. If you wish to cancel an extra before delivery, contact us so we can check the order status and any cancellation rights that apply.

Creative preferences and changes

Where applicable law permits, changing your mind or disliking a subjective creative quality after the purchased digital content is delivered does not automatically qualify for a refund. Review spelling and details before composing, then read each version’s lyrics and listen before paying.

We do not promise a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, unlimited music revisions or an exact delivery time. None of these limitations removes rights arising from non-delivery, defective content or mandatory consumer law.

Consumer cancellation rights

Your rights depend on where you live and the nature and status of the order. In some places, supplying digital content immediately requires separate consent and acknowledgment before a cancellation right can end. Hearing a free preview alone is not that acknowledgment.

We do not treat this policy, a preview or an unchecked option as a waiver. If a legal cancellation or refund right applies, it takes priority over the general policy above.

Request order support

Email support@thesongforyou.com from the purchase address if possible. Include the receipt or order reference, song title and a short description of the issue. Attach a screenshot if it helps, but do not send a full card number or password.

We may need to verify that the request relates to your order. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears; we do not guarantee a particular processing time.
